AI Photo Processing Disclosure
AI Photo Processing Disclosure
This disclosure explains how Picstore may use automated and AI-assisted processing of your photos. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What AI Features Do
Picstore may use automated processing to assist with tasks such as:
- Best-photo selection and ranking.
- Blur and duplicate detection.
- Organization, auto-crop, and recommendations.
These features assess image quality and similarity. They do not identify specific individuals.
2. No Facial Recognition or Biometric Identification
Picstore does not use facial recognition or other biometric identification to match, identify, or verify a specific person as part of these features. We do not create, store, or process biometric templates.
3. AI Training Data
We do not use your private photos to train general-purpose AI models unless you provide an explicit opt-in. If you do not opt in, your private photos are excluded from such training by default, and you may withdraw a previously granted opt-in at any time.
4. Third-Party Processing
Where third-party AI providers are used, we maintain documentation of their data retention and model-training configuration and withhold photos from providers whose configuration cannot be verified.
5. No Separate Acceptance Required
AI-assisted functionality is provided under your account-level acceptance of the Terms of Service and does not require a separate acceptance step.
6. Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this disclosure from time to time. The effective date and last updated date shown on this page reflect the current version.
