Delete Your PicStore Account

You can delete your PicStore account at any time, from the PicStore app, from the PicStore website, or by email. You do not need to install the app to request deletion.

Delete from the PicStore app

Open the PicStore app and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Review what will be deleted and confirm.

Delete from the web

Sign in at picstore.app.
Go to Settings → Privacy.
Select Delete my account and review what will be deleted.
Type DELETE and select Permanently delete account to confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can't use the app or can't sign in, email privacy@account.picstore.app from the email address on your PicStore account and ask us to delete your account. We may contact you at that address to confirm the request before we delete the account.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, PicStore:

Deletes your projects and albums.
Deletes the photos you uploaded.
Deletes content uploaded to your projects through guest upload links.
Cancels orders that have not yet been completed.
Purges backups of your removed content.
Disables share links tied only to your account.
Removes your profile details (name, email address, profile photo, phone number, and saved shipping address).
Signs you out on all devices and removes your linked sign-in methods.

What we keep

Some records are kept after your account is deleted, as required for legal, financial, and audit purposes:

Order and payment records.
Records of the legal terms and policies you accepted (consent records).
